This is a one-person shop. When you write to support, you are writing to the person who drew the design and packed your parcel. I would much rather hear from you than have you guess.
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page — delivery times, colours, what happens if something arrives broken. Worth thirty seconds before you write.
Where is my order?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Enter that number at 17track.net to see where the parcel is. It covers all the carriers I use.
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to go live after you get the email. If it has not moved at all after that, message me and I will chase it.
Shipping is free worldwide — the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay me. Depending on your country, customs may occasionally charge import duties or taxes on delivery; those are set by your government, not by me, and are the recipient’s responsibility. Every parcel is declared honestly at its actual value.
What the order stages mean
Processing
I have your order and I am checking the details. Nothing is packed yet — this is the window in which I can still change or cancel it, so email me now if something is wrong.
Making and packing
Your order is confirmed and I am preparing it. This normally takes 3–5 days. During busy periods — a new drop, or the run-up to Christmas — it may take a little longer, and I will say so on the site rather than leave you wondering.
On hold
Something needs confirming, usually an address that looks incomplete or a payment the processor flagged. I will have emailed you. Please check your inbox and your spam folder, because nothing moves until you reply.
Shipped
It is on its way, and your tracking link is in your inbox. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days. Customs inspections can add time — that part is out of my hands, but it is rare and usually brief.

•Commissions: I do not take them at the moment. Everything in the shop is a design I chose to draw.
