About This Design
The joke came first, and the design had to fit inside it.
A cookie is round, pale, and only a few centimetres across, which leaves very little room for a character usually recognised through her hair, armour, expression, and weapon. So we reduced Shadowheart down to the details that still made the joke work — especially the eyebrows and mace.
The harder part was making the badge actually feel like a tiny biscuit rather than simply printing a cookie illustration onto a flat pin.
The colour gradually shifts from pale in the centre to a baked brown around the edge, while the softly domed fabric surface gives the piece a slightly puffy, biscuit-like appearance.
It is intentionally silly, deliberately small, and drawn completely in-house by our artist.
The result is a piece of funny Shadowheart fan art that works as both a collectible BG3 pin badge and a tiny food-shaped accessory for bags, jackets, pin boards, and convention outfits.
